Why bring back the Old School Boss?!

Boss ChickNBeer began in the minds of two crazy burrito gals (shout out to Boca Loca Burrito Factory) & finally came to life in Berea Ohio, in 2018.

When Boss opened it was (and still is) a local diner; brimming with laughter, hip-hop, fun, new friends & loads of delicious fried chicken! We’re still that same wing joint: locally owned, locally sourced & filled with friendly faces. But these days, when we opened in 2018 feels like a freakin eternity ago, doesn't it?! We can't be the only ones wishing we could go back...just a few years ago when life was simpler.

That being said, we want to return to the things Boss was built on! Let this throwback menu remind us all to bring back the love, the laughter, that mid-west kindness & our genuine connection with each other! In return for your time & your stories...we're gunna feed you the same original recipes (at basically the original prices!) that started it all in 2018. We hope our staff, our music, our playing cards, and our heart, soul & seasoning will transport you back in time.
